Pizza Crudo A Mano
Grilled Italian flat bread served with Parma Prosciutto, fresh basil, garlic and olive oil marinated  mozzarella, sliced tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil.  "Roman Style Dining".
Carciofini di Dante

Artichoke hearts wrapped in crispy Parma Prosciutto  and broiled in our Quattro cheese sauce

Vongole Piccante

Fresh clams’ sautéed with white wine, garlic, olive oil, plum tomatoes and crushed red pepper Salty, spicy and sweet!

Cozze alla Marinara

Wild Maine blue mussels’ sautéed with white wine, garlic, capers, fresh herbs and plum tomatoes.

Shrimp, calamari, mussels, octopus, cuttlefish and vongole with garlic, olive oil and a splash of white wine (Also available in a red sauce).

Insalata di Casa

House salad - a medley of mixed baby greens and Italian giardiniera, lupini and ceci beans, tomato, cucumbers, and gorgonzola cheese.

Insalata di Caesar

Our version of the classic - we hold the anchovies on request! With strips of roasted red pepper.
Add chicken or shrimp on request.

Insalata Capraise di Parma

Ripe tomatoes with fresh basil and olive oil marinated mozzarella cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, balsamic vinegar reduction, virgin olive oil,  and spring salad mix.

Insalata Spinacio

Fresh baby spinach dressed with a sherry vinaigrette, served with crumbled gorgonzola, crimini mushrooms, shaved red onion, hot bacon and hard cooked egg.
